KCAM is one of three stations in the Northern Light Network. it is a 5,000-watt station covering the Copper River Valley in Southcentral Alaska. The station is located at the foot of the beautiful Wrangell mountains, 187 miles northeast of Anchorage at the intersection of the Glenn and Richardson Highways. KCAM went on the air in March of 1964 during the Great Alaska Earthquake.
