Michelle came to KCAM in June 1997 as part of SEND International's Summer Mission Program. She studied journalism at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Ark., and received her bachelor's degree in journalism at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. In her spare time she is an avid reader and cheers on the Detroit Red Wings and Toronto Blue Jays.
